SIGNIFICANCE FOR COMPANY

Global COVID-19 pandemic is a major challenge for industrial sector to be more adaptive and innovative in managing Human Capital (“HC”). Government's implementation of Community Activity Restrictions program, has led Company to continue to apply Work from Home policy. This is a form of Company's commitment that health and safety of employees are main priority by minimizing risk of disease transmission in workplace. Enactment of this policy also prevents implementation of direct or face-to-face employee development programs.
During this pandemic, Company continues to encourage all employees to give their best work at all times. Employee activities are focused on finding new opportunities through innovation and development activities that can increase organizational productivity. Company always prioritizes empathy, adaptation and communication as main keys in managing employees in this new normal era.

Company realizes that Company's operational areas are spread across several parts of Indonesia with various cultural, racialand religious backgrounds. In accordance with declared quality policy, Company carries out HC management that focuses on competency development based on inculcation of Company's core values. Company is committed to continuously improving quality of HC management to ensure organization remains productive and achieves operational excellence and consistent profit growth.
Company believes that HC management is a strategic step that determines sustainability of business today and in the future. HC management strategy is contained in People Strategy, which is part of sustainability strategy of Triple-P Roadmap: Portfolio, People and Public Contribution, created over a period of three years and reviewed annually. This strategy aims to create superior and sustainable Human Capital supported by effective regeneration and leadership.
