MENAKER APPRECIATES PAMA GROUP'S MUDIK BERSAMA PROGRAM

As a tangible manifestation of the company's commitment to employee welfare and happiness, PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) Group has once again organized the "2026 Joint Homecoming" (Mudik Bersama) program, embracing the theme "Safe Homecoming, Happy Family". The official departure ceremony was held at the PAMA Group Head Office in Jakarta on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. This special occasion was attended by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, who expressed his high appreciation for PAMA's initiative. According to him, this program serves as concrete proof of the company's care and reflects harmonious industrial relations. "With an organized and standardized transportation system, this joint homecoming is highly crucial for improving safety and minimizing the risk of accidents compared to independent travel," said Yassierli, while also reminding all parties of the importance of ensuring the fleet drivers are in prime physical condition. PAMA's President Director, Hendra Hutahean, explained that during this specific dispatch, the company sent off 326 participants—consisting of employees and their families—using 11 buses. In total, PAMA's series of homecoming programs this year has facilitated more than a thousand people. The travel routes cover various strategic regions, including the Trans-Sumatra route, the Northern Coast (Pantura) route of Central and East Java, and the southern region of Java. Safety remains the top priority; all fleets and drivers have undergone rigorous inspection processes to guarantee they are roadworthy and secure. "We hope this facility not only provides a sense of safety and comfort but also builds a working relationship that is more than just transactional. We want to cultivate a strong sense of belonging and togetherness as part of the extended PAMA family," Hendra emphasized. Through this program, PAMA hopes that all PAMA personnel can celebrate the Eid al-Fitr moment peacefully and happily with their families in their respective hometowns.
